Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.andyshao.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Delivery Time

Delivery time = Handling time + Transit time

  • Handling Time: Normally 1-3 business days
  • Transit Time: 6-9 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
The time we are talking about is a business day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.(Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing.)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Most international countries and regions worldwide, If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Delivery

Most orders will require a signature on delivery. Your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If you are not present at the time of your order’s delivery, most courier services will leave a calling card.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
  • You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.
  • If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

Custom Duties & Taxes On International Orders:

  • For international orders:
    Customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Andyshao. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund excluding any shipping-related costs.

Delivery Attempts

  • Most deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for package collection at a nearby pickup location.
  • Please follow the instructions provided by the courier to ensure successful delivery of your package.

Incorrect Address Information

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
  • If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided, delivery delays may occur.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package appears delayed or lost in transit:

  • Our support team will assist you in working with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Customer satisfaction is our priority and we will help find a suitable solution.

Return-to-Sender Shipments

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • delivery failure
  • address issues
  • unclaimed packages

we will contact you to arrange:
reshipment OR refund (excluding shipping costs)

Delays & Lost In Transit

  • Unfortunately, Andyshao Online Store are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
  • Andyshao Online Store does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 
  • There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
